Before packing your entries into the envelopes, print this page. Then category by category, enter the number of entries into each competition, e.g. if your outlet will only participate in magazines and General Excellence, only fill out those sections. Multiply the category price by the number of entries on each line, then subtotal.
At the bottom of this page, you will find a place to add the subtotals to the banquet total, i.e. how many people do you plan to have attend from your outlet multiplied by $10 to cover the banquet costs.
